SingVaza requests access to your device microphone (android.permission.RECORD_AUDIO / Web MediaDevices) solely when you actively click Start Recording or Test Mic. All vocal recording, EQ, compression, pitch correction, reverb mixing, and MP3/WAV audio rendering run 100% locally inside your web browser memory. Your raw voice recordings are never uploaded to or stored on SingVaza servers.

2. Account Information, Google Sign-In & Local Timezone Quota

• Account Data: When you sign up with email or Google Sign-In (Google Identity Services), we store your verified email address, display name, session token, 30-day complimentary Pro pass expiration timestamp, and saved mix parameter presets in an encrypted Cloudflare D1 database.
• Global Local-Midnight Quota Reset: To reset your complimentary daily MP3/WAV download allowance accurately at 12:00 AM midnight in your country, our edge server reads standard regional timezone headers (such as Asia/Colombo, Europe/London, or America/New_York) without storing precise GPS coordinates.

3. Advertising Cookies (Google AdSense & Google AdMob Disclosure)

To keep SingVaza free for singers worldwide, we may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising networks, including Google AdSense and Google AdMob.

• Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies (such as the Google Advertising / DoubleClick DART cookie or mobile advertising identifiers) to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites on the internet.
• Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to our users based on their visit to our site and/or other sites on the Internet.

Embedded karaoke videos use official YouTube IFrame Embed playback governed by the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.

5. Permanent One-Click Account & Data Deletion

You can permanently and immediately delete your SingVaza account, sessions, and all cloud presets at any time directly inside the app: click your profile button in the top navigation bar and select Delete Account & Cloud Data, or reach us via our Contact Support page.
